>> Dear Editor,

A preacher I recently listened to shared a very meaningful insight as to why our country was so viciously attacked on September 11, 2001!  If J. R. and her Justice Department had spent the millions of dollars and thousands of man-hours following the leads in their possession on terrorists' activities instead of trying to find a conspiracy that didn't exist, they probably could have averted this great disaster. J. R. was convinced that somehow all Pro-Life activists, like myself, were somehow joined together to close every abortion clinic in the United States. After diverting our tax dollars and their attention to this endeavor over a period of several years, they learned that there was no conspiracy at all! (The only thing we Pro-Lifers are guilty of is being united in our desire to protect all human life.) By diverting their attention away from a real documented conspiracy (the previous attempt on the World Trade Center), and toward protecting an industry bent on killing millions of innocent American babies, they failed to prevent what happened on September 11.

Either life is always and in all circumstances sacred, or intrinsically of no account.  It is inconceivable that it should be in some cases sacred, and in other cases of no account. It is my constant prayer that abortion will eventually be seen for what it truly is, the killing on innocent human life.  This is one of the evils our previous administration tried to force on the Middle-Eastern nations (as well as other nations) which helped to provoke their anger on us.  I pray that we Americans learn from this experience and begin to respect the sacredness of all human life from conception to natural death.

Sincerely yours,

Raymond J. Micco

"For this slight momentary affliction is preparing us for an eternal weight of glory beyond all measure, because we look not at what can be seen but at what cannot be seen; for what can be seen is temporary, but what cannot be seen is eternal."  2Cor:17-18 <<

This important campaign showing the feet of unborn babies after only ten weeks reminds everyone that absolutely nobody has the right to kill an unborn child through any form of abortion which means always killing of innocent human life that has to be respected from the first second of the conception. Let's pray for this important initiative! Father Alex
